Kim Kardashian insisted this week that her Kanye West-spawned offspring would not be part of the reality TV complex, explaining, "We're going to try to keep it as private as possible." But until the tot is ejected from her womb, he or she appears to be fair game. On Thursday, she shared a photo of her swelling belly (and callipygous assets) as she posed in a clingy dress with little sis Khloe. "Well hello there!" Kim wrote under the photo. "#PoppedOuttaNowhere​!!!"
