Rihanna's fashion line debut panned as 'horror show'
The chanteuse probably shouldn't quit her day job
Critics as a whole were not wowed by Rihanna's first fashion collection, which she debuted on Saturday for London Fashion Week. The Daily Beast dismissed the "porny debut" (for British retailer River Island) as "Fright Night in Kmart," eviscerating it as "tiresome, underwhelming and uninspired." Oh, and "hideous and without an ounce of panache or style ..." New York magazine was more forgiving, figuring the clothes, which range from teeny-tiny tops to slit-to-there skirts ("there" being the upper reaches of one's thigh), will sell, thanks to the power of RiRi's brand. Meanwhile, MTV gave her designs a rave, enthusing, "We're totally on-board with her comfy girly-yet-grunge pieces." Check out the complete collection here, then tell us what you think in the comments ...

Gaaaaaahh...
You can find schlock like this on just about any rack in KMart, Target or Walmart (nothing wrong with that, just saying). I hope people aren't stupid enough to pay significant money for this bland, unoriginal 'look' just because some already rich celebrity has her name on the tag.
