Beetee is a male tribute form District 3 who participates in the eponymous competition, and won a prior event. He joins a cast that already includes star Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen, as well as Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and Philip Seymour Hoffman.
“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” is the second book in Suzanne Collins’ “Hunger Games” trilogy of young adult novels. It will be the second film in a four-part series, as Lionsgate has decided to split the final book, “Mockingjay,” into two films.
The first one, "The Hunger Games," grossed $685 million at the global box office.
