Absolutely awesome !!!  Can barely wait... this new crew and writers and cgi make the continuance of Star Trek fitful of this point in time. New science, new technology, new understandings of the universe worthy of new stories, new adventures & more sequels !!! The last movie was an almost perfect reboot to a relaunch of the capturing of the essence that Star Trek evokes. Gimme more planets, more monsters, more aliens, more spaceships, more strange scenerios that are hard to imagine. Get these guys to re-energize the the conventions and wahoo for all !!!

okay, how many lies will this movie have??? how big a "wh...e monger" will they try to make Capt Kirk.  first movie was bad bad bad, went down the big drain and was a waste of money and an insult to Star Trek.  shame on the writers, they must have thought they were writing script for the next generation and the stupid away team.  a true Star Trek fan will shun this movie, since the writers had no clue as to the true character and charm and honesty of the crew of the original Enterprise and Star Trek series...
