Angelina Jolie's Daughter Cast in Disney's ‘Maleficent’
Vivienne Jolie-Pitt will join her mother in this new version of the Sleeping Beauty tale

Walt Disney Studios confirmed today that Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, the youngest daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, will be joining her mother in “Maleficent,” a live-action movie of the Sleeping Beauty story that is currently shooting in England.
Directed by Robert Stromberg, the film tells the story from the perspective of the evil queen (Jolie) and how she came to put the curse on Princess Aurora (Elle Fanning). Vivienne, who recently turned four, will appear in a flashback as the young Princess Aurora. Also appearing in “Maleficent” are Juno Temple, Miranda Richardson, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, and Brenton Thwaites. India Eisley plays the young Maleficent.
It’s not the first time a member of the Jolie-Pitt brood has appeared in one of the parents' films. At the age of two, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt played the daughter of Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett in “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.” With four other children in the family, including Vivienne’s twin brother, Knox, we may see more of the famous couple’s offspring on the big screen in the years to come.
“Maleficent” is scheduled for release on March 14, 2014.
