David Lean's "Lawrence of Arabia" celebrated its 50th Anniversary with an exhaustive 4K digital restoration, which premiered at Cannes 2012.
Now its long-awaited Blu-ray debut has been set for November 23.
Nominated for ten Academy Awards and winning seven, including Best Picture and Best Director, "Lawrence of Arabia" has been celebrated as one of the greatest films of all time. When Columbia Pictures went back to the original materials to restore the film for re-release, Lean took the opportunity deliver his final cut of a film that he believed had never been quite finished, creating the definitive cut of the film that exists today.
