Kristen Stewart on DazedDigital.com

Kristen did a recent interview and photo shoot with DazedDigital.com, talking about fame, Joan Jett, and that vampire movie phenomenon that turned her life a little crazy.

Here's an excerpt:

Dazed Digital: You are in the midst of becoming a huge star. There’s a truckload of paparazzi outside the door right now.
Kristen Stewart: Yeah, but you can’t think about it too much because if you think about it too much it is this weird and dreamy fantasy land – you think – ‘ what the hell absurd thing are we doing at 3 o’clock in the morning, with 300 people- pretending to be other people, what the f--k are we doing?

DD: The paparazzi thing is only since Twilight, right?
Kristen Stewart: Yeah since Twilight. That’s the only reason they’re out there. They find out where I am from the Internet - from Twitter, man! Anyone who wants to know where I am at any given time just has to go on Twitter, it’s so ridiculous!

DD: I assume playing Joan Jett is a lot different experience from Twilight?
Kristen Stewart: It’s so much fun. She’s the ultimate badass. She was the first woman to start her own record label. Everybody threw her out after the Runaways and was like, ‘Sorry girl, your shticks over’, she was like ‘No, the message stays the same people still want to hear it.' Who the f--k did that before her? The music industry is brutal. Once there’s one wave, one explosion of a type of music, everyone jumps on the bandwagon and tries to emulate that, so there’s a bunch of sh--ty versions of other bands. So there’s like sh--ty versions of everybody!

The Volturi lair in "New Moon"
If you haven't read my article on my visit to the "New Moon" set in May, it's on
MSN's Parallel Universe, so please click HERE!

More details on my whole visit on THIS PAGE.

But now here's some icing on that "New Moon" cake for you guys. Drumroll please...

The audio files from my interviews are now here for your listening pleasure. Of course I am partial to Taylor saying, "Perfect, Superfan, alright!"

NOTE: Disregard the 30-seconds length it shows. Not sure why it does that. Just click on the person you want to hear, and hit the PLAY button.

Some info:
  • The Chris Weitz interview was actually a phoner last month, since he couldn't get away for an interview during our visit.
  • The Melissa Rosenberg has two parts because I accidentally pressed something on my iPhone recorder, so had to continue.
  • Some of the interviews, like Charlie Bewley, are a bit harder to hear (so turn your volume up). We were interviewing inside the set and had to be quiet because they were setting up for the next scene.

The only downer to this was listening to my own dopey voice as I introduce myself. I'm a dork, yeah ;)

Enjoy!

I was on the Oregon Coast all last week, drinking too much wine and eating too much fried seafood and chowder. It was a fabulous time. But I missed doing my Wednesday Rob Roundup. Fret not, it's back...and it's going to be a big one!

There is this whole cult of worship over Rob's favorite well-worn Stoli shirt. I have even heard that fans have sent him brand new versions of that same shirt; yet he keeps wearing the tattered holey one. It's obviously special for a reason, no? And some people with magnifying glasses (and a lot of free time) have analyzed the shirt and its history, its badly sewn-up holes, its various uses.

The shirt goes wayyy back. Check out Rob here with the Phelps brothers and one of the Durmstrang dudes from the "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" days. The arrow is pointing out Rob's Stoli shirt, worn inside out and under the usual layers of shirts.

This video is an ode to long history of Rob and The Stoli Shirt. The Kenny Rogers song "Through the Years" is pukalicious, but persevere and you'll enjoy all the pics of Rob in that T. He's not adorkable for nothin'.

Now here's more of Rob at last week's Teen Choice Awards.

Megan Fox looks like she's contemplating chewing him up and spitting him out. Stay away from our sweet Rob >:p

My favorite mutant and my favorite vampire! I can't wait to see Hugh Jackman and Rob in a movie together. I might just die in the theatre.

I don't know if you've seen this one yet, but it really should accompany the word "smolder" in the dictionary. And yayy, he's got new clothes. Or at least, clothes I haven't seen before.
Rob at the TCAs

Here he's taunting, "You wanna piece o' me?" And the answer is, "Hmm, let me think about it for a few minutes." Yeah, right.

This one is not my usual thing because it's pretty papzy, but I'm sorry Rob, I couldn't resist! It's just too hot. Rob in L.A. in a brand new Porsche. W.O.W. I'm not into cars but somehow Rob driving this powerful speedy machine...a total OME moment.

And here's this week's awesome video montage of Rob. Music is Mika's "In Any Other World." These fan made vids are great to look at, but truly, they always make me a little sad for him and his insane life.

Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner on EW cover

Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are on this week's cover of Entertainment Weekly. Obviously shot before Kristen started work on "The Runaways," as her hair is not yet in the black punkish mullet she now sports from her portrayal of rocker Joan Jett.

Kristen talks about her part in making sure Taylor was re-cast as Jacob: “It’s completely understandable why they wanted to make sure he was right,” says the actress. “He was so young, 16, so I got it. But I knew he had [to do] it. Just because of how I felt around him.” And how did the Bella-Jacob best-friend chemistry play out on set? “We have that relationship,” she says. “It’s lamely cute.”

See the whole feature piece on EW.com.

In the meantime, enjoy these two videos from EW, showing Kristen and Taylor having a flippin' good time during their photo shoot!

Can eating these...
Muffins

...turn you into these?
The Wolf Pack

Not unless you've got the metabolism of a werewolf and a run a toasty 108.9 degree temperature.

According to MTV, "New Moon" will have a scene Twifans will want to sink their teeth into. Not the hawt dudes, but the muffins. Yes, muffins.

"I call it 'the muffin scene,' " revealed Kiowa Gordon, who plays Jacob Black's friend Embry Call in the flick. "We all gather around at Emily's house — she's Sam, the big pack leader's, fiancée — and we all just gather around and eat muffins and talk about stuff."

Taylor Lautner, though, didn't get no stinkin' muffins: "The muffin scene?" Taylor Lautner grinned when we told him of Gordon's comments. "I didn't have the pleasure to enjoy any muffins.

"When they were eating their funny little muffins, I was standing in the back, all pissed off," Lautner said of the scene, which depicts Jacob as not being too thrilled with the whole imprinting/ turning-into-a-wolf drama. "So I just got to watch them eat their muffins."

Chris WeitzJen Yamato at Rotten Tomatoes takes a closer look at "New Moon" director Chris Weitz.

Until I read her piece, I didn't realize he had quite an acting pedigree. "Even more intriguing is the fact that his mother, actress Susan Kohner, notched an Oscar nomination for playing Sarah Jane in Douglas Sirk's 'Imitation of Life.' Or that his grandmother, actress Lupita Tovar, was a successful silent film star well known for Mexico's very first talkie, 'Santa,' and starred in Universal's Spanish-language version of 'Dracula.'"

Weitz himself was an actor in the comic indie, "Chuck & Buck," where he "starred opposite Mike White's obsessive man-child as Charlie (formerly known as Chuck), a yuppie record exec trying to put his past (and his childhood buddy, Buck) behind him."

Vampire Fever is running high these days, and the bloodsucker in the lead for hotness is none other than Edward Cullen. Is it the hair? The marble-hard body? The velvet voice? It's the whole package, seriously. If you want Edward, then get in line, honey!

American Idol alumni and pop star Kelly Clarkson recently serenaded a full-size cardboard cutout of Edward Cullen on stage.
Kelly Clarkson serenades a stiff Edward Cullen
States Clarkson, "I'm a huge fan of the 'Twilight' series." Though she is Team Edward, she admits to finding Robert Pattinson desirable as well: "Yes, he's an attractive guy, but I think girls are more so into that whole Dracula bit. It's very sexy... I don't know him. I've never really seen him in interviews either... [But] yeah, he's cute."

Cute?! Rob is many things, but "cute" isn't one of the words I'd use. I would use words like "smokin' fox," "schmexy," "sink-my-teeth-into," and "effin' hawt." Yeah, more articulate and mature ones like those. OME.

Here's a video of Clarkson singing to Edward:

So umm, where does she keep that Edward stiffy when he's not onstage with her?

Joining Clarkson in the back of the I-Want-Edward line is "Inglorious Basterds" actress Diane Kruger. On yesterday's "It's On With Alexa Chung," she was presented with a "Twilight" gift bag filled with Twi goodies such as vampire fangs, "I Drive Like a Cullen" bumper sticker, and an Edward fan. The fan is for when she is watching "Twilight" and she breaks out into a giggling, sweating fit the first time Edward walks into the cafeteria. [Oh wait, that's me that does that. Nevermind.]

Are you one of my Twitter followers yet? I hope so!
