Kristen Stewart cast in 'The Big Shoe' with Elizabeth Banks and Jim Sturgess

Is she returning to her indie roots?

Deadline reports that Kristen Stewart and Elizabeth Banks (from "The Hunger Games") are joining Jim Sturgess and Susan Sarandon in "The Big Shoe."

Directed by Steven Shainberg from a script he wrote with Mickey Birnbaum, the film is about a gifted shoe designer (Sturgess) who is "forced to break free from a family who wants to turn his designs into mass-produced knock-offs." Stewart plays the muse Delphi who is hired, along with a psychotherapist (Banks), by the family to bring him back into the fold. Sarandon plays the domineering matriarch.

Shainberg says "The Big Shoe" will combine eroticism and humor, similar to his "Secretary" (2002).

We all saw the real person in her these past months and should realize she is human and not the parts she play. I do not think she can act, i'v seen older things she has done before twlight and wonder how she got the part. All in all she is a lucky young lady whoes career is set.
