Eight extra minutes of goodness

When 'The Twilight Saga:  Breaking Dawn, Part 1' Extended Edition Blu-ray/DVD hits the stores on Saturday, March 2, there will be eight glorious minutes of never-before-seen footage.

Which eight minutes will we get?!  More of the wedding?  The honeymoon?  The pregnancy?  The transformation?

In the penultimate chapter of the worldwide phenomenon, Bella and Edward must deal with the chain of consequences brought on by a marriage, honeymoon, and the tumultuous birth of a child, including new complications with werewolf Jacob Black.

Selected by director Bill Condon with true "Twihards" in mind, the additional footage (with optional audio commentary) delves deeper into the epic series with new and extended scenes -- including fan favorites from the book -- that didn't make the final theatrical cut.

"As Twilight series devotees know, there was a lot of ground to cover in adapting Breaking Dawn to the screen," said Condon. "Between the wedding, the honeymoon, the birth, and everything in between, naturally there were things that didn't make it into our final cut. But I wanted to make sure that for all the Twihards out there, there was a chance to see some of these cut scenes - several of which are fan favorites from the book."
