After all his editorializing in the aftermath of the Colorado shootings, All That Remains singer Phil Labonte took a breather from making his his personal political views known, which was becoming tiresome, and smartly placed some attention on actual music for once. The Massachusetts band is set to release their sixth album A War You Cannot Win in September, and yesterday posted a new song, "Down Through the Ages". It's exactly the kind of All That Remains tune you'd expect, an even balance between metalcore and melodic death metal, with a decent vocal hook from Labonte. It's a good, catchy tune, which is all a lot of people want to hear from this band, and should go over well with their fans.0Comments
