Ultra Music Festival reveals 'Phase 1' lineup
A custom set from Deadmau5, Swedish House Mafia’s final show and more than a dozen of EDM's biggest names

We are only four days into 2013 and the music festival announcements are already making their way into the blogosphere with Miami's Ultra Music Festival getting the honor of being the first out of the gate.
Moments ago the two weekend, six-day, electronic dance music (EDM) festival revealed what organizers are calling its complete "phase 1 lineup." So far, the fest, which will happen March 15-17 and 22-24 at Bayfront Park in downtown Miami, features just about every EDM heavy hitter not named Skrillex (although he could be added since this is the first rollout of festival performers).
The most notable sets from the weekends will likely come from Deadmau5 and Swedish House Mafia. For his part, Deadmau5 has created a custom setup specifically for the Ultra Festival. As for Swedish House Mafia, the popular trio have announced that the festival will mark their final live performance together despite being named the third-highest grossing DJ act of 2012 after raking in an estimated $14 million.

Bassnectar, Aviici, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Fatboy Slim and Kaskade are a few of the other EDM notables on the bill. But DJs aren't the only performers slated to appear at Ultra. There will also be several buzz-worthy bands appearing including Matt and Kim, Crystal Castles and Yeasayer.
Weekend passes coast $299.95 per weekend, or $574.95 for both weekends. Check out a video of Ultra Festival highlights below and look for more information on the festival, which is the first major fest for this year's festival season in the U.S., to be announced soon.
