Sugarland’s Nettles welcomes a son; Lady Antebellum's Scott is expecting
It's the first child for both country stars
Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles and her husband of one year, Justin Miller, became the parents a son Magnus Hamilton Miller on Dec. 6. It is the couple’s first child.
In a statement released by her record label, Nettles (pictured on the left) said, “We are so thankful for all the prayers and support and are excited to take some time together as a new family.”
In other news, Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott (pictured on the right) took to the band's Facebook page today to announce that she and her husband, Chris Tyrell, are expecting their first child, although no due date was specified.
"Chris and I are excited to announce that our Christmas gift has arrived a little early this year," she wrote. "We are having a BABY! We feel so blessed!"
Scott and Tyrell wed earlier this year. Tyrell tours with Lady Antebellum as the band's drummer.
