Plus, Lee Brice Approves This Message
• Lady Antebellum wraps up its “Own The Night” tour this evening during its third consecutive sold out show at the Sydney Opera House in Australia. To commemorate the tour, the trio has just announced that it will release a live concert film titled “Own The Night World Tour” on Dec. 4 in the U.S. and Canada, with plans for release worldwide in 2013.
The live film includes 90 minutes of performance from the Little Rock, Ark., stop of the tour this past June, plus tour documentary footage and seven bonus cuts. The film will be available in multiple formats including DVD and Blu-ray, and will be available at all digital retailers.
• In a funny video that plays on the current presidential election attack ads, Lee Brice is soliciting support from industry voters for the Nov. 1 Country Music Assn. Awards, where he is up for new artist of the year. Watch the video here.
• The four-part comic book series “Trace Adkins Is Luke McBain,” first released in 2009, has been reissued as a graphic novel containing the original four installments of the comic. The 112-page book also contains previously unreleased extras including a cover gallery, character designs and script pages. It is available now in bookstores across North America and will be coming soon to digital devices.
