• Zac Brown Band has debuted a new animated video for current single “The Wind,” directed by Mike Judge, best known for his animated TV series’ “King of the Hill” and “Beavis and Butthead.” The video stars Brown as “Robo Redneck,” a hatchet-wielding, beer guzzling, guitar string breaking robot.

“The Wind” is the first single from the band’s new album, “Uncaged,” due out July 10. Watch the clip here.

• The members of Gloriana will mark the upcoming release of their new album, “A Thousand Miles Left Behind,” with an online video series that launched today, exclusively on CMT.com. In the series, the band will share new videos each Tuesday throughout the month of July, highlighting the stories and songs included on the album, which is due out July 31.

In the first video filmed from their tour bus, the country music trio shares why “Soldier Song” holds a special place in their hearts, and offers an exclusive performance. Watch it here.

The series concludes July 31 with a performance on CMT.com’s “LIVE @ CMT” series, in which artists play their latest songs live in the CMT studio.

• Clint Black will make two television appearances this month, on Lifetime’s “Coming Home” and PBS’ History Detectives. The Lifetime reality series features surprise military homecomings. In Black’s episode, airing July 4 at 10 p.m. (ET), he helps two children write a song about their Army captain father, who is returning from Afghanistan to surprise his family,

Black receives a surprise of his own when the crew from “History Detectives” visits his home in Nashville to uncover the story behind an artifact his wife, Lisa Hartman Black, had given the history buff decades ago. The PBS series explores historical mysteries, searching out the facts and myths that connect local folklore, family legends and interesting objects.  Black’s episode airs July 24 at p.m. (ET).

Black and “History Detectives’” Elyse Luray are pictured uncovering the secrets of the singer’s antique book.
