"Tornado" Blows Into Stores Sept. 11
Little Big Town has revealed the release date, cover art and track listing for its fifth studio album. “Tornado” will hit retailers Sept. 11, which is shaping up to be a big release date for country albums, with other releases already scheduled from Bucky Covington, Kathy Mattea, Aaron Lewis and the Time Jumpers.
The album, recorded in Nashville, will be Little Big Town’s first with new producer Jay Joyce, best know for his work with Eric Church and rock acts Wallflowers and Cage The Elephant. “I am so excited for people to hear this new record,” says the band’s Jimi Westbrook in a press release. “Jay Joyce . . . really pushed us to be in the moment. There was such an amazing energy between all of us in the studio and I think you can feel it.”
