Scotty McCreery and band do the “Harlem Shake”

Singer is “con los terroristas”

The video dance craze inspired by Baauer’s “Harlem Shake” still has about eight and a half minutes left in its 10 minutes of fame, so singer Scotty McCreery was right on trend when he became the first country star to record his own version of the video Thursday night in Pittsburgh during a stop on his current Weekend Roadtrip tour.

Check it out here. McCreery’s the one in the wrestling-style mask and black shirt, not the band member/dancer in the wolf mask, or the one on the ground in the Shrek mask. Yeah, you kind of just have to watch it.

Between tour dates, college classes, and shaking things up in this video, McCreery is currently working on his sophomore album scheduled for release later this year.

That's not the Harlem Shake.  People keep calling these crazy dance vids "Harlem Shake" incorrectly because the song mentions the dance.

uhhh, no they don't... nor do any of these convulsing idiots on Stoogetube. although, it may not appear to the "rythmically challenged", to be more than appearing to have missed your dose of  Pheonbarbitol, there is an actual way of doing it... and they are not doing it.
