You know you want it. Everybody wants some.Van Halen is undertaking its tour for "A Different Kind of Truth," an album that frankly shocked a lot of fans because it was so damn good -- better than anyone had a right to expect. With David Lee Roth back in the fold with Eddie, Alex and Wolfgang Van Halen they're on the road again, in a tour littered with songs that changed rock 'n' roll, along with the great new material.
Well, if you're in the Seattle/Tacoma area, we're your new best friends. MSN Music has two tickets to give away to the show at the Tacoma Dome on Saturday, May 5. Not just two tickets - two excellent tickets. And Kool & the Gang is opening. And it's a Saturday night. And it's Van effin' Halen. And did we mention that they're amazing seats?
And like we did earlier with Coldplay tickets, we want to give them to you. That's right - just give them to you.
All you have to do is send an email with your contact info to MSNPrize@hotmail.com. Put "Van Halen tickets" in the subject line. Share this post with all your friends -- if one of them gets lucky, they'll have to take you.
But get on it now. Fair warning: We're accepting email entries through 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on Tuesday, May 1. A winner will be randomly chosen and we'll overnight you the tickets.
Transportation? Parking? That's your problem, not ours. Haven't we done enough? You'll have to navigate the mean streets yourself. Good luck!
