Finally! Bob Dylan's latest album, "Tempest," isn't due out for a week, but his official website announced today that you can hear it right now. "Tempest" is streaming through iTunes, all one hour and eight minutes of it. Check Dylan's website or click here to start listening.At first blush it easily lives up to the high standard Dylan has been setting for himself since "Time Out of Mind" kicked off his latter-day resurgence.
