Every classic film series no matter how good gets a bit run down if its natural life cycle. Once as storyline is brought to some sort of conclusion, it is moronic to try and recapture it. Case in point, the Star Wars prequels. The were OK, but nothing like the original trilogy and the olderfans were not that impressed. Pixar writers need to earn their high end salaries and think of something new also. They might as well try and drag the Ice Age movies forever as well, ift hey are going to do a TS4.

If any franchise could make like, 15 different movies without them getting stale and pathetic, it would be Toy Story. But I don't think there should be a new one. Toy Story 3 was the sad yet perfect ending to a great series, and I think it should just be left at that, with Andy grown up and his precious childhood toys moving on to bring happiness to a new generation of kids. Can't get any more endearing than that.

I am a big fan of Toy Story and I love, love Toy Story, but I don't think it's a good idea. It's not going to be the same anymore b/c Andy grew up. What's the next story line then? I can't picture it. When I saw TS3, it was tear jerking, and heartbreaking, but yet, it had a great sad, but perfect ending having to see Andy grow up. It had a great connection to TS1 and TS2.
Why not just think of something else, something new, something fresh instead?
