British pop star Cheryl Cole is suing producers behind The X Factor over allegations she was not paid in full for her ill-fated stint on the TV talent show. The series' creator and head judge Simon Cowell brought the "Girls Aloud" star over to the U.S. from the panel on the hugely successful British version last year, but she failed to impress TV bosses and was ultimately axed, with Nicole Scherzinger stepping in as her replacement.

Cole walked away with her $1.8 million fee for her short stint on the series, but in a lawsuit filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, the singer claims she is still owed millions of dollars by bosses at Blue Orbit Productions. In the suit, it is claimed Cole is owed an additional $2 million for a second series as part of a "pay or play" clause in her contract, as well as money she was allegedly promised for expenses.

The expenses include a $100,000 wardrobe allowance as a one-time payment, a $25,000 stylist budget, $15,000-per-month for accommodation and a $2,500-per-month living allowance. Cole is also seeking reimbursement for security and travel costs, as well as interest on the money she is allegedly owed, and legal costs.

I would love to suck Cheryl's toes as they curled from the hellacious and salacious pasting I've been giving to her pink butterfly and mud whistle!

I would love to plunge my delicious meaty meat blow pop deep inside Cheryl's pink butterfly and bung hole until they both churned buttermilk and creamed into a pasty lather!

Not into all this sue thing but the way they treated Cheryl was discusting!!

She's come from a working class background had no money growing up! Half her mates died from drugs she worked hard to get where she was.... and was on pop stars the rivals in 2002 before X factor so she knows what it feels like!!

She was promised USA X Factor and I was looking forward to it also, she would have been a brilliant judge!! She's Funny, cheeky,,witty, and down to earth, has a big heart!!!

I'm so glad she kept her Geordie accent most usa have no clue on the north/south divide or what northerners are like ie working class friendly but tough. Shame unless they wil never know what they have missed unless they check her story out on You Tube.

Simon made her promises, and cut her, replaced her with idiots, who are already fired.

She is not suing for anything that was not within her contract.

When she signed the contract she expected to do the job.

Simon broke the contract.   Do you twits understand that?  Simon broke the contract and does not want to pay what was promised WITHIN the contract.

The X factor has terrible sound engineers, terrible camera work and directors, they zoom out so far most the time the TV audience is in the cheap seats, only seeing a stupid video wall.

Simon WAS honest on American Idol, he now is just a record executive working hard to promote his choices, and trash the others.   There is a reason why the X factor ratings are 7 million vs 24 million which is what Simon promised.

whaaa-whaaa?? greedy bitch?? if you had a contract would you settle for half?? others don't so why should she. they must have thought she was good enough to make the contract with so pay her off. like you would want if it "were" you. she was a hit in british tv so maybe it's just the difference between british and american audiances. i figure the next contract they make with someone they should put in a buyout clause. they do it for the atheletes who make multi-millions of dollars more than they are really worth. $5,000,000 a year to throw a ball then how come they aren't winning every game? maybe he's not really worth that much?  or the quarterback, or the star basketball player, or ect...ect...ect. if you don't like the salaries then don't contribute to the watching, i don't and won't til the salaries come down so the fans can enjoy going to the games without paying a hundred dollars to do so. same with the reality shows. they aren't that good to make so much money.

Simon must be getting some benefits from that 20 yr old twit that sits next to him on the show. Demi Lovato, miss nose talker, is as much of a judge than my dead dog. ,I have to say that Simon puts up with her **** rather well. If that young lady would put her hand all in my face trying to stop me from talking, she would be joining Cheryl Cole. Watch her(Demi) in about 5 years. She'll look like a basketball. Ms. Simpson is like fine wine. That woman gets more beautiful with age.

Why is it when someone goes against something they feel is wrong, and that something is a major brand or corporate entity, we side with the brand or corporate entity.  Stop being sheep people, if something was wrong and she was wronged let the court decide.  WTHeck is all the bashing of her about?  What you're hating on her because she is attractive?

What the article failed to mention was that Simon took Cheryl off XFactor UK to bring her to the US and replaced her on her show where she had been the most popular judge. He took a big fish in a small pond and brought it to a large pond, and then got mad that no one knew who she was. When she wasn't as popular as she was in Britain, he replaced her. Leaving her basically jobless. While she has made a lot of money already, she is stilled owed what she is asking for. It was not her fault at all what happened, and sometimes buisness is buisness.

How typical of the narcissistic twats on these shows. X Factor is nothing but blinding lights,  commercials and screaming teens that never shut up. It's only a slight step up from America's Got Talent which is really insulting to anyone with a brain. Cheryl Cole is just another greedy beeotch.

All these shows suck. I wish they would pay writers more $ so that we could see real shows instead of these stupid reality shows...I do not care what the Kerdashians are doing or this new one Amish Mafia. What the hell is wrong with our society.

Can we just say it?  GREEDY!  I am sure that there are hundreds of thousands of people that would love just to have the $15,000 per/month, let alone that $1.8 million.  There are too many greedy people in this world that are destroying what America is truly about.
