Khloe Kardashian hopes to continue hosting career

'X Factor' co-host eager for more opportunities in the future

"X Factor" co-host Khloe Kardashian has expressed interest in continuing her stint as a TV presenter following a successful run on the FOX singing show. The "Keeping Up" star made a move from reality television to talent show when she began hosting duties in October.

The 28-year-old's first season as a TV presenter ended Thursday with the Season 2 "X Factor" finale, and Kardashian is already eager for more opportunities to host in the future. She tells Zap2it, "I've had a phenomenal time. I would love to continue hosting. I really am so grateful to FOX and 'X Factor' and Simon Cowell for trusting me. I've never done this a day in my life. And giving me such a huge opportunity in this platform ... Just that someone saw that and saw something in me that I didn't see in myself, I'm so grateful about. I've really been taking it seriously so I hope to continue because I have fun. It's really a fun thing to do." While she may need to await news for Season 3 of "The X Factor," she will be appearing in the third season of her sisters' spin-off show, "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami," in January.

why did she keep giving ther duck lips when it was Mario's turn to talk?! She is definitely the UGLY DUCKLING!

I totally agree with the 99% that want Khloe & Mario to disappear. They're boring, insincere, and basically a joke as hosts.  The entire Kardashian family is devoid of talent: I don't understand their popularity.

Sorry Khloe, sweetheart.  I think it's the end of the road for ya.  "Successful season"?  The show.....maybe.  You're part in it?......Definitely not.   Anyone who was awake during the shows could see what was happening.  You had less and less material to read from the prompter every episode. 

 

I'm on board with the the others. Clean house again.  Honestly?  I'd vote to save Simon.   It just wouldn't be the same without him.  But, with Brit out door.....along with LA, why not take out the 21year old trash as well?  I'm sorry.....but while you're "cleaning things up"....It would be really nice if you could part with the rideculously obnoxous and immature Demi.  That girl is on a power trip that she needs to come home from. 

 

How about some TRUE talent and valued opinions on the panel?  What about Alisha Keys, Bruno, Jennifer Nettles, etc. I'm totally just throwing out names here....but it seems to me that all of those individuals would be very valuable, and TOLERABLE on the panel.

 

Boy, if this show can't get the casting together during season 3......It's no use.

Please dump another talent-less Kardashian! Why would someone like Simon Cowell, who has a real eye for talent, pick someone like Khloe? She is NOT a good presenter!

I say clean house with the all judges and KK.  I guess being a Kardasian overrules being intellegent.  Mario does well with his role.  Demi is too young and inexperienced to be judging others talent. It's Simon's show so he has to stay.

Khloe woyld be the perfect host for a crossdresser tranny show as you can't tell if it's a male or a female.Sure looks like spawn of Kris K and O J Simpson though.

I almost didn't watch the show after Khloe became a part of it. She was terrible and Mario wasn't much better. Who asks a contestant how they feel 100 times after they have been dins by the judges. I was so sick of that. I am so happy Brittney will not be back next year. She was terrible and boring. I like Brittney but hosting is not her gig.

 

Come on XFactor YOU DO NOT NEED A 2 HOUR show for the finals. That was to long and a waste of time!!!!

Just read where kloe is looking for more hosting jobs.  Maybe she should check out "Animal Planet". 

For those of you who remember the movie "Stepford Wives", take a good look at the kartrashians and see if that doesn't look familiar.  I wish someone in the media would go back and get pictures of the whole family, before and after plastic surgery.  I bet you won't even recognize some of them, especially bruce - he looks more like michael jackson.

@ thebone, she's not Rosie O'Donnels daugther she's O.J. Simpsons daughter.  She looks like him and his other daughter and since her mother had an affair with O.J. when she was still married Robert Kardashian.   If she get's to host X-Factor again after the job she did the last time I would say it's not who you know but who you blow.  Check her lips out if she gets any more botox done she's going too look like a blow fish in a whales suit.

I am sorry, but I promised myself to let X Factor know that Kardashian was the only sore point of the program.  She came out the first night teasing Simon like they had been long lost friends for years.  When she is called a fashion delight for the show, I guess that no one realized that the black leather number was too tight, too short and just not pleasant  to look at.  She was too talkative, and too loud.  She acted like she was the most important person on the show.  Hopefully she won't have the position next year.  one year was enough.  I felt that Mario Lopez did a wonderful job - at least compared to Khloe he should have won a prize for his hosting.

Both Khloe and Mario Lopez were terrible hosts.  And, the X factor is a horrid show, so they were perfect for it.

I love Khloe but I do not think hosting is a right fit.  Here waiting to see if she will be back with Mario next year.  I say hire Nick Lachey.

I agree do not have her back...very boring..monotone...asked so many STUPID questions!!!!! hair makeup clothes awful..in one show...she was all...beige..pink including  lips..couldn't tell what was where...too heavy to wear those short dresses  and whatever she was doing with the lips puffing them out or something....and the fake tan...gotta go,,too orange.....all in all BAD..for the show....

 

Now Mario was great!!! He could do it by himself..very entertaining!!!

Khloe was stiff, monotone and showed no personality and I have to agree, asked the same silly questions time after time.  Her choice of hairdos, makeup and clothing left a lot to be desired most shows.  She needs a lot more practice using a teleprompter to look like she is speaking naturally.   She was most distracting and I think Mario had to play down his own abilities - he could have done the job on his own.

The FEW times I watched the how....as a host she was terrible!  No personality.....and next to Mario and his outgoing personality and is not sincere at all.  she is terrible.  Get rid of her....she knows nothing about talent and  we all know the Kardashians could care less about the 'average person."
She is just there for the money and the publicity.  PLEASE....don't have her come back....and maybe I will start watching the show again.

I felt bad for thinking that I might be the only one thinking she was terrible.  I don't think she could have done anything without reading a teleprompter.  I agree with the others,  that family just stinks.  Who really cares what the Kardashians do. Or who they marry or divorce or how stinkin long the marriage lasts.
