Now he is out of the contest, eliminated "Dancing With the Stars" pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy has put all his support behind his brother Val Chmerkovskiy. In the results show on Tuesday, "Maks" Chmerkovskiy and his partner, actress Kirstie Alley, were part of a brutal double elimination that sent the pair home, along with Gilles Marini and his partner Peta Murgatroyd.

But now that he is free to focus on other pairings, the Ukranian heartthrob believes his brother has the ability to win the entire thing with "General Hospital" actress Kelly Monaco. He tells People magazine, "This is his experience, and I want him to be responsible for it. And God knows that Val has the talent and the ability to educate and perform, and he's been doing fantastic with Kelly. For me, there's not much more that I could tell him other than to have him keep doing what he's doing."

And now that they've made it to the semi-finals, which is the furthest Val has come during his three season tenure, Maksim reveals that his brother is in awe of his veteran "DWTS sibling." Maks adds, "He's freaking out, and he's like, 'This is crazy! I can't believe you did this 13 times!' I gloat over the fact that he's now like, 'I can't believe you did this that much!'"
"Dancing With the Stars" airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
