Will.i.am is convinced he is the fairest talent show judge on TV because he doesn't need his pay check from "The Voice." The Black Eyed Peas front man is a panelist on the British version of the TV talent show, along with pop star Jessie J, Sir Tom Jones and The Script's Danny O'Donoghue, and is currently working on a second season.

Will.i.am now reveals he doesn't need the pay check he receives for "The Voice" and only takes part in the show because he enjoys the job. He tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "Me coming to the U.K. and doing 'The Voice' is obviously not because of money. It's because I love it. I have that luxury of choosing things not based on what pays the most ... The money I do make, I give away (to charity), so I can stand on 'The Voice' with dignity and make my mother and grandmother proud."

I can understand if he wants to  think he's the most qualified, but it sounds to me like he's saying that because these other judges "need the money," they're accepting bribes from the contestants.
