Season 15 of "Dancing With the Stars" is likely to be an all-star edition, TV Guide is reporting, with possible returnees including Mario Lopez, Mel B., Gilles Marini, Sabrina Bryan and Kyle Massey.

Lopez appeared to spill the beans while co-hosting "Live! With Kelly" in April.

"You know what, Kelly? They're doing 'Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars' next season," he said. "They called me to do it."

Neither Lopez, nor ABC, is saying anything further.

All the names mentioned are runners-up, which the TV Guide report notes is intentional.

"It's better if the winners don't come back," an unnamed insider told the magazine, "because then, we have a cast of people who have another shot at the title."

Bring back the all-stars! Especially Gilles Marini! He's gorgeous and can dance like nobody's business! He should have won that season, he was clearly better than whats-her-name, the gymnast?

Gilles is a better dancer and sexier than Levi is this year, that's for sure! I'm all for a reunion series. Let's see who really is the best dancer. Gilles will give them a run for their money!  Open-mouthed

Ladee 2003, the point is, they are NOT doing "contemporary dance".  They are assigned a time-honored style - Viennese Waltz, Samba, etc. - and that is what they're supposed to do.  Now, I am no ballroom dancer, but as much as I loved watching Maria and Derek doing their waltz, I thought to myself, "where is the WALTZ in this waltz?"

On the other hand, I wonder where that eagle-eye for detail goes whenever William hits the floor.  Is it possible that the judges are blinded by all the noise the screaming women make whenever he even shows up on the floor?

I agree that the past dancers would have to step it up. When CHeryl and Drew  performed their freestyle again during a recent  season finale show (season 12?), it looked so much less impressive than it did all those seasons ago.I can' t remember which one it was - second or third? But that season was also stacked like this one. This year is tough - when was the last time all four remaining couples were absolute, legitimate contenders for the mirror ball? There are finalists from previous seasons who would have been gone by the third or fourth week if they were on this season.

Ladee_2003. Like it or not, Len is the ONLY judge with actual ballroom experience. Derek and all the other dancers know when they are taking a risk to choreograph a number that will appeal to the audience and not the judges. That's what aggravates me - they KNOW what is expected of a certain number, and when they intentionally do not choreograph the necessary elements they get all hot under the collar when called out on it by Len (Carrie and Bruno wouldn't know the difference). If you don't like the rigid rules of ballroom, go start another reality dance show.

I think the people from the early seasons will have to step it up. Dancing in this competition was much easier back then. Can they handle more than one dance in a week? I would love to see Kirstie Alley return with Maks!!! Bring it on!!

Don't think it's a good idea.  It's going to be the same routines.  Boring. On the other hand,

it depends on who is going to be in it.

I gave this as a suggestion during a survey once.  I would love to see all my favorites who came in second place to be given another shot at winning that glitterball trophy!  JOHN O'HURLEY, JERRY RICE, MARIO LOPEZ, JOEY FATONE, MEL B, JASON TAYLOR, WARREN SAPP, GILES MARRINI, MYA, EVAN LYCACEK, KYLE MASSEY, KIRSTIE ALLEY, ROB KARDASHIAN AND WHOEVER LOSES COMES IN SECOND THIS SEASON...DAMN, that sounds like a great line-up that I would love to see!  BRING IT ON!!

Maria can't dance or maybe she just doesn't even dance.  I have to agree with Lely L. That is all she does, smile and look good.  There are no special or difficult movements of dance that I could see from her! No wonder I can't stand her! She looks more like an arrogant and annoying statue, nothing else. She should have stayed at Extra and never dance. She is getting on my nerves and is irritating.  Something about her just bothered me, ughhhhh!Ewww! Her dances seemed pathletic and fake.More of a drama queen.  Len is so right.

I disagree somewhat.  Derek's choreography is awesome.  He is smart.  He knows how to showcase his partners good points and how to stay away from their bad points.  That's why Maria's routine are not that difficult in comparison to some of the others.  She is good at looking pretty, has great hold and can shake.  But that's about it.  She does not do any of the traditional ballroom dancing.  That's probably to what Len is referring.  She does need to step it up to keep up to the others.

Maria does NOT need to 'step it up!!' Len's ridiculous comments along with his low, low, LOW scores are what ruined Maria's totals. Maria is the most gorgeous dancer out there (in spite of the fact that the remaining 3 are all terrific!) and Derek's choreography is simply superior to all the other pros! Len's complaints about the choreography simply prove that he is TOO OLD and stuck in the past to be able to deliver relevant critiques on contemporary dance!! BLECH to Len!!
