Palmdale native Kacey -- the most hated girl in the "America's Next Top Model" house this season -- got sent home this week, despite winning the all-important Cover Girl challenge. We caught up with her to talk about house drama, Tyra's advice -- and how her boyfriend reacted to her flirting with male models on the show. ON HER SHOCKER ELIMINATION: "I was actually, honestly in my heart, really surprised. I won a few challenges, so I thought if anything were to go wrong, I thought those challenges would save me. I won a challenge the week I went home. I won the Cover Girl challenge -- and I thought anything having to do with Cover Girl would weigh heavily. But even though I won, I was eliminated. So I was confused. It was really hard. But this isn't the end, to me."
ON WHY SHE WAS DISMISSED: "'Top Model' loves to have the journey -- they love to turn the ugly duckling into the beautiful swan. So the only thing I could think of that I didn't have was that journey. And in that case, yes, Ann is the shoo-in. But I thought I had good bones, I had a good foundation. I had most of the essentials to have for a model. So I didn't have the 'Top Model' journey that they love so much."
ON TYRA'S SAYING SHE'S NOT READY: "At the time, I definitely thought I was ready. I couldn't see myself any more ready than what I was. But it's Tyra, and she knows what she's talking about. I agree with her in some ways. There are definitely things I'll work on, like with the eyes and working on being more comfortable with my body. But I think I did pretty damn good for someone with zero experience, going in there raw. I'm super-proud of myself. And I'm not the only one. Nobody there is perfect, not even Ann. But I'll definitely take Tyra's advice. 'Top Model' was a stepping stone for me. I feel like the door is about to open and beautiful things are on their way."
ON THE HOUSE DRAMA: "I was definitely the most hated, but the only reason I could think of was because I was always in competition-mode. I did sort of forget that it is real life and you can have friendships outside of the competition. I don't know why I was so hated. Because I wasn't the bitch, like everyone kept referring to. But oh well. Those girls ran hot and cold. The way they were editing, you were missing a whole lot. You never saw the whole picture, so that was frustrating. I'm not holding a grudge though. I'm over it now."
ON FLIRTING WITH THE MALE MODEL: "My boyfriend was all mad about that. I told him right off the bat, 'Hey, there's a cute boy.' He's cute. I flirted a little bit. So what! I know my boundaries. My boyfriend was actually trippin' about it -- it was a tiny issue. I was surprised. Things are okay. But it's still a running joke now. So he's never going to let that go. Especially because it's on TV, so it's going to replay over and over and over again."
ON WHO SHE'S ROOTING FOR: "I'm actually rooting for Jane. She has it in the bag, she just don't know it. She's just have to step up and have a bit more confidence. If I was just watching, that's who I'd be rooting for. But seeing her in person, I know she can take the title."
