Charlie Sheen Hits the Talk Show Circuit
Star of FX's 'Anger Management' is defiant on one show, playful on another
After angering drug counselors on ABC's "Good Morning America" in the earlier part of the day, actor Charlie Sheen closed strong Monday night with a jovial appearance on NBC's "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon."
Sheen, who has been doing the rounds to promote his new FX comedy, "Anger Management," infuriated drug counselors when he defiantly told GMA's Elizabeth Vargas he still drinks and smokes marijuana.

Thankfully for FX, there was no talk of his personal, umm, relaxation techniques and habits on "Late Night." Instead, he kept things light and even swung at a few baseballs in a makeshift batting cage with host Fallon and former Major League Baseball player Todd Zeile.

Talk about the proverbial softball segment. This bit was tailor made for Sheen, 46, who will be playing a former MLB star turned psychologist and anger-management therapist on his new comedy.
Sheen and FX owe Fallon big time.
"Anger Management" premieres Thursday, June 28, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
