Sharon Osbourne Blasts Simon Cowell's Package

'The X Factor' battle comes to 'The Talk'

By TVDeeva Deanna Barnert Apr 18, 2012 2:27PM
Simon Cowell apparently told tales about former UK "X Factor" host Sharon Osbourne, and those tales made his upcoming unauthorized biography. A displeased Mrs. O fired back on "The Talk" on Tuesday, April 17, and her job at Cowell's "America's Got Talent" didn't slow her down. She even accused Cowell of having "small-penis syndrome."

The allegation that has Osbourne riled up is that she left British “The X Factor" because of Cowell's romance with Dannii Minogue.

"I couldn't care if he was having sex with … anything!" Osbourne sniffed in "The Talk" clip above. "It's not my business... I'm not interested and that is not the reason that I left. I’m, like, pissed off because you’ve got a whole career to talk about… Why bring Mrs. O into your messing around?"

When co-host Julie Chen asked what Osbourne thought was going on in Cowell's head, Osbourne had no trouble coming up with ideas.

"He likes to glamorize. He likes attention. He loves all the publicity he's getting," she contends. "The thing is, nobody leaves Simon. He fires you. So when you leave of your own accord, he doesn't like that, because he's the power. He's the big fish."

Also: What shows will be returning next season?

"He's great, he's wonderful. I work for him [at "America's Got Talent"]. He'll probably fire me now, but I don't care. He doesn’t even like me, so why bring me into your book? I don't want to be in your book. I don't want to know about your fiddling with this one or that one. To me, when you have an autobiography, who cares who you have sex with?"

A few of "The Talk" co-hosts tittered that they do care. But Osbourne, who clearly has her own taste for publicity and is also currently promoting the return of "America's Got Talent," wasn't done. She took the tirade up a notch, attacking Cowell's manhood.

"I think he is a victim of small penis syndrome. He's wealthy, he's powerful, he's creative, he's got everything, but you can't buy the goods."

Ouch.

"The Talk" airs weekdays on CBS.

One thing is obvious, AMERICAN IDOL is so much better without Cowell, who was rude and insulting to young contestants jsut for his own publicity.

Those kids had to return to family & friends embarassed by his uncalled for remarks after the show ended.

Idol's judges are excellent now, great chemistry!

The talent on Idol this season is amazing!

Hey Sharon you need to keep your c*** shut!! I'd be more worried about how fans feel about you f***ing the musicians on Ozzy's albums out of royalties and releasing those albums with different players on the tracks. Greedy, narcissistic, B***H!!

Sharon Osbourne is one of the biggest publicity whores there is outside of that Kardashian clan; her and her whacked out husband & kids. Why bring it up @ all? She could have just said nothing, but she goes and makes a huge issue out of it on a talk show. What an A**Hole!!

So, let me get this straight:  a publicity whore is calling another publicity whore a publicity whore?  LOL This woman ought to talk about anybody else when she stays married to a guy who chased her around the house with knives and has kids in and out of rehab.

They're like two spiders in a bottle, just give each a baseball bat and let them have at it. The world would be a better place without them.

Last year Osbourn (gag) made jokes about the
mutilation of a mans private parts,on the trash day time talk show "The Talk". Her mindless remarks were not only sexist, but were also indicative of her lack of mental stability. With Osbourn's big mouth and her empty head makes her the perfect "poster child' of stupidity, and why would anybody care what this "thing" says ??

Why does Sharon think we care what she says or thinks?  She's trash.  She has a lot of room to talk with her past.

I'd put Sharon Osbourne's double-barreled package up against Simon Cowell's power-package down below anytime!!!

"Unauthorized biography" Mrs. O!!!  It figures she would have to talk about penises.  No Class!!  Never has had any class and never will have any class.  The rest of the hags on that show have no class either.  The show was much better when Leah and Holly were on it.  It was funny without being crass but Mrs."O" and Julie couldn't handle the competition.  They need all of the focus on them!

Sharon and your high moral ground still has you work for a show that let Leah and Holly go just because your other co-host is a bitch and her husband produces the show.  Why not show some moral character.  Simon may have small penis syndrome you have canyon pussy syndrome

I watched this episode of "The Talk" and was no more surprised at Mrs. O's comment than I am when Shari cuts loose. These two speak first then think about what they said later I believe. I think some of their comments should be left to say off the air. But if it bothers us I guess we could always change the channel or just turn theTV off. I usually do enjoy the show tho because you have to admit there is always a variety of Topics.

Neither of them are worth the time to read or respond to the article....

Sharon made some errors when she spoke.  First off, she said she was put into a book without even being involved in what she was supposed to have been involved in.  Well, if that is the case, isn't it possible that the same thing happened with Simon?  Also, she said the book was an autobiography, suggesting Simon wrote the book, when in fact it is an unauthorized biography written by someone else...and Simon had already spoken out about what he feared the author might have written.  There is really no telling what is true and not true, but I do think Sharon (and The Talk producers) should get their facts straight when "reporting".  They make a lot of mistakes.

if it is an unauthorized biography then that would mean Simon Cowell has nothing to do with writing it, otherwise it would be the authorized biography.
