The allegation that has Osbourne riled up is that she left British “The X Factor" because of Cowell's romance with Dannii Minogue.
"I couldn't care if he was having sex with … anything!" Osbourne sniffed in "The Talk" clip above. "It's not my business... I'm not interested and that is not the reason that I left. I’m, like, pissed off because you’ve got a whole career to talk about… Why bring Mrs. O into your messing around?"
When co-host Julie Chen asked what Osbourne thought was going on in Cowell's head, Osbourne had no trouble coming up with ideas.
"He likes to glamorize. He likes attention. He loves all the publicity he's getting," she contends. "The thing is, nobody leaves Simon. He fires you. So when you leave of your own accord, he doesn't like that, because he's the power. He's the big fish."

"He's great, he's wonderful. I work for him [at "America's Got Talent"]. He'll probably fire me now, but I don't care. He doesn’t even like me, so why bring me into your book? I don't want to be in your book. I don't want to know about your fiddling with this one or that one. To me, when you have an autobiography, who cares who you have sex with?"
A few of "The Talk" co-hosts tittered that they do care. But Osbourne, who clearly has her own taste for publicity and is also currently promoting the return of "America's Got Talent," wasn't done. She took the tirade up a notch, attacking Cowell's manhood.
"I think he is a victim of small penis syndrome. He's wealthy, he's powerful, he's creative, he's got everything, but you can't buy the goods."
Ouch.
"The Talk" airs weekdays on CBS.
One thing is obvious, AMERICAN IDOL is so much better without Cowell, who was rude and insulting to young contestants jsut for his own publicity.
Those kids had to return to family & friends embarassed by his uncalled for remarks after the show ended.
Idol's judges are excellent now, great chemistry!
The talent on Idol this season is amazing!
"Unauthorized biography" Mrs. O!!! It figures she would have to talk about penises. No Class!! Never has had any class and never will have any class. The rest of the hags on that show have no class either. The show was much better when Leah and Holly were on it. It was funny without being crass but Mrs."O" and Julie couldn't handle the competition. They need all of the focus on them!
I watched this episode of "The Talk" and was no more surprised at Mrs. O's comment than I am when Shari cuts loose. These two speak first then think about what they said later I believe. I think some of their comments should be left to say off the air. But if it bothers us I guess we could always change the channel or just turn theTV off. I usually do enjoy the show tho because you have to admit there is always a variety of Topics.
