Trump Blasts Newly Canceled Rosie

The Donald adds insult to the injury of O'Donnell's bad news

For all the talk about boycotting Rush Limbaugh, there's another conservative bully on the air who operates with a mean streak. Donald Trump may not be labeling politically active students as promiscuous, but he sure has choice words when it comes to longtime adversary Rosie O'Donnell.
 
The real estate mogul and "Celebrity Apprentice" host called in to morning-news show "FOX and Friends" earlier Monday morning and discussed the cancellation of O'Donnell's OWN network chat-fest,"The Rosie Show." He didn't exactly offer consolation, telling the program that "Rosie fails at everything" and that he "knew it immediately when they announced it," citing that "she had a variety show" and "it failed."


But Donald's not totally heartless, expressing confidence that, "Some moron will come and hire her again to do something else and that will fail." However, he suggests that, "At some point, let her rest. Let her go away."
 
 
Whatever your opinion on Rosie (and ultimately, none of us really knows the woman behind closed doors), it's hard to find purpose behind Trump's harsh, public belittling, other than creating buzz that'll drive attention to "Apprentice." One might even call his behavior cowardly. And no matter how many times Rosie gets knocked down, she's always at least nothing short of fearless.

Not that I care for Rosie either, but who the heck is DT to say anything about anyone else's competence? He inherited a TON of money and business/constructio​n resources from his father, did "well" on his first two projects in NY (thanks to those resources), and proceeded to overspend, bankrupt, and downright RUIN everything he's touched since then. The guy's famous for thinking luxury is the next Classic Coke. How many times has he declared bankruptcy?! I stopped counting in the 80's after he was already LAME.

Are you kidding?  How much public belittling has Rosie participated in herself?  Tons....you reap what you sow and she has been spouting out hatred for a long time.  No one wants to hear what she has to say anymore.  No surprise she was cancelled, but it was surprising that Oprah would even think about giving her another platform to air her biased, unsupported, and often crazy views.  Bye, bye and good riddance!

I agree with Donald Trump. Rosie O'Donnell is a loudmouth obnoxious bitch. She is like a sideshow at a carnival. She has absolutely no talent and serves no purpose except to cause trouble.

I never liked Rosie in the first place. This nation has become a bunch of pathetic weaklings. Especially after her and Chelsey Handler's comments about how they feel about "little people". If you were to say the same thing about fat, lesbian, bitches GLAD would have definitely brought out the troops to protest.

I have never watched a single show Trump has been on or purchased a product he endorsed.  He is a thief, a liar and a cad.  Look at how he treated his wife - he brought his mistress along on their vacations to humiliate her.  He is so nasty, he will fry for eternity.

Oh yee of such compassion Rosie has been evil to the dorky Don for years she is only jealous because he keeps winning the shame game with her He continues to have shameful success and she continues to shamefully fail he is right about that. Rosie loses this round but i'm sure she is dumb enough to bash him some more. If she was smart she would quite messing with him and let his big mouth destroy himself but as I said if she was smart.

I used to respect Mr. Trump, and was not a fan of Rosie, but I must say I have watched her latest show and was liking it.  I wondered though why it had such an emphasis on "gay" but with that being said, I see no reason why Trump has to jump in and gloat over her loss.  I truly believe in "what goes around, comes around"  really Donald do you want loss and public embarrassment on your head??? OOps thats right, you just embarrassed yourself by showing you have lost all sense of class and decorum. Shame on you.  Best wishes to Rosie in her next endeavor.  At least she keeps trying!!!

Trump is a Buffoon.  I don't really see why Oprah is surprised at her network failing. All these people that watched her with such faithfulness over the decades all of a sudden had to purchase her channel to watch it. In our area "OWN" is not free. It does not come with basic cable (which is also not free but it's the cheapest cable you can get). The Oprah show was always free, it didn't matter what your pay scale was as long as you had a TV you could watch it. That is not the case now. If she wants to really get some of her faithful viewers back she needs to make her channel at least available with basic cable, e.g., USA, TBS, THE CW, TNT. You would think she had enough money already without trying to get in her faithful viewers pockets. As for Rosie, I loved her when she seemed to care more for others than her self, not so sure that is the case anymore. Anyone that goes on and on about their new girlfriend like she is better than "anyone" else in the world ( Which includes her children's other mom) is only thinking about herself not even her children's feelings. Watch what and how you express your feelings you might affect the ones that love you the most.

She's a disgusting pig and it seems like a lot of you have forgotten how vicious she was to Trump years back. She needs to go away once and for all. I'm not a Trump fan but I can stomach him way easier than I can handle that Rosie Pig.
