With the holiday season upon us, daytime is packed with movie stars, holiday performances and experts talking cooking, decorating and gifting the week of Dec. 10. The talk show line up includes the cast of "Downton Abbey," "Bachelorette" couple Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum and the "Survivor: Philippines" final five; as well as stars from "Homeland," "The Good Wife," "Nashville," "Boardwalk Empire," "Scandal," "Elementary," "Person of Interest," "Hot in Cleveland," "Neighbors," "Jungle Gold," "Doomsday Preppers," "The Amazing Race," "Flipping Out" and "Six Little McGhees." Big screen stars Anne Hathaway, Hugh Jackman, Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne and Samantha Barks ("Les Misérables"); Alan Cumming ("Any Day Now"); Ewan McGregor ("The Impossible"); Jamie Foxx ("Django Unchained") and Ian Mckellan, Martin Freeman, Andy Serkis and Richard Armitage ("The Hobbit") are making the rounds. There's a "Last Resort" set visit with Michael Douglas, Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline. Performances on the docket include Usher, Bruno Mars, Colbie Caillat, Richard Marx, Jackie Evancho, Jason Mraz, Ashanti, Big Boi and Kelly Rowland, Rickie Lee Jones and Ben Harper, Scott McCreery, Lifehouse, the Radio City Rockettes and castmembers from "Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas" and "Annie."

Daytime will also kick off awards season this week. On Wednesday, Dec. 12, Busy Philipps and Taye Diggs will reveal the 19th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations at 9 a.m. on TNT. Then the 70th annual Golden Globe Awards nominations drop at 5 a.m. PT/8 a.m. ET on Thursday, via live telecast from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.
