'Today' Summer Concert Series Kicks Off With Usher
Schedule also boasts Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Kenny Chesney, Maroon 5 and more
"Today" is not lying low in the wake of its first ratings loss in 16 years. The morning news show has released the schedule for its annual Toyota Concert Summer Series and this year's lineup includes Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Kenny Chesney, Pitbull, Flo Rida, Maroon 5, the Band Perry, Train, Hot Chelle Rae and the "American Idol" winner. Usher will open the live Rockefeller Plaza series on Friday, May 18, with Jason Mraz and Christina Perri closing it out on Friday, Aug. 31. MSN TV has the full schedule, below.

"Today" will continue its tradition of kicking off the hot summer weekends with performances from country, pop and rock favorites. Fans in New York City are welcome to catch the live shows at 49th Street and Rockefeller Plaza, but be warned: Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The morning show has also teamed up with Pandora to bring the fun into the digital space with three new Pandora radio stations: NBC Today Rock, NBC Today Country and NBC Today Pop, featuring the artists appearing in the concert series.
