"Dallas" returns to primetime Wednesday, June 13, but not before a "Dallas" reunion on "The Talk." Linda Gray (Sue Ellen), Larry Hagman (J.R.), Patrick Duffy (Bobby) and the next generation of Ewings previewed the "Dallas" reboot with co-hosts Julie Chen, Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood, who got glammed up and teased out in honor of the iconic series that ruled the '80s.

During the visit, Gray, Hagman and Duffy looked back to the original "Dallas," which ran from 1978 to 1991 on CBS. Gray recalled what it was like to be the only one who knew the answer to the iconic question, “Who shot J.R.?” and the North Fork originals also joked about which of them is best friends in real life.

Duffy also quipped that it's like a dream to be reunited on the new “Dallas” (Don’t worry: It won't all be a dream, this time!)

The vets went on to give the new generation of costars the nod of approval, saying the TNT series feels more like season 14 of the original than the start of a new show. Then co-stars Josh Henderson, Jesse Metcalfe, Jordana Brewster, Brenda Strong and Julie Gonzalo joined the conversations to preview the reboot, which premieres at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

“The Talk” airs weekdays on CBS. "Dallas" premieres Wednesday, June 13, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on TNT.
